I want to bring my mother from Peru, and also my niece and nephew. She has had custody of them both for 8 years. They are 9 and 13.

I know that bringing my mom is quick, but since I want to bring all three of them I wanted to know what I can do.

Extra Info: I've been a citizen of the U.S.A for three years.

If you might know anything please reply!

hi,

sorry but you cannot do anything for them, you cannot file for your niece or nephew.

for you or her to file for them, she should have adopted them before they were 16. then they would be her adopted children or your adopted siblings

Above answer is correct- you can petition for your mom, it will take 9 months or so. There is no family visa for your niece and nephew unless they are your mom's kids by legal adoption. You could look into getting them F1 student visas, but that will be expensive (not the visa, but you'd need to pay fees, they cannot attend a free public school), and it won;t lead to a greencard.
