How to tell if the email sent to choose agent was accepted? I sent my wife's choice of agent from her email address. Now I got an email from NVC with an attachment saying basically that the AOS bill is ready! Does this mean I am already the designated agent???

Finally we all three together. We are happy :)

AOS bill and designated agent is two seperate issue...when NVC accepts ur choice of Agent then they will generate IV bill and sent to the designated agent...You go ahead and pay the AOS bill becoz petitioner has to pay the AOS anyway...if u sent Choice of Agent by email then they will accept in 10 working days...if my mail then then as soon as they receive it they will accept--->enter in their system--->generate the IV bill--->send u via email

yes you can ask, however since you give over your wife email address and your own they will notify you there as well when they accept it and invoice the IV bill. So wait for the email but if you are bored and just want to pass time keep calling and asking. yea ask them if the choice of agent has been accepted yet?

I haven't give the nvc my wife's email, but I think it's somewhere within the I130 application. I sent the email from my wife's email account designating myself as the agent. You understand? I hope they accept it.
