Do the people at the USCIS call center know anything...

The OP is not talking about the wait. The problem is that everybody that is currently filing the I130 from October on is receiving a case number for the NBC and when you put it in to check the case status it does not work.

Don't worry from what I've seen all of you who filed in October will probably be approved in front of all of us who filed 6-7 months ago, because they tranferred the later petitions to a location who is able to process faster, makes no sense..so frustrating and so wrong from the way they say they process in order of receipt date!

I wanted to thank all of you for your responses and comments... :yes: I am just stressed because I put in a expedite request due to medical emergency nearly two weeks ago but still no response.. I really pray that all of you are able to be with your loved ones again soon inshallah..

Good luck to you also, I can't imagine being in your situation ..i hope your husband is with you soon! I'm sorry you have a medical emergency with your pregnancy and all will be well . My thoughts are with you and your baby <3

yep me too.. im sure u already know neway lol its been now 9 months for us and now NOA2.

I agree with inluvnwaiting, imagine if you had to wait like me, its almost 7 months...and still no NOA2

Case# received from NVC: 07/1/2011.

got packet 3/4: Aug/4/2011
