Hi I'm new register here..can someone help me pls. My husband apply a I 130 for me and for my son last year . And apply this year for a b2 visa. Now we are here in the us. And he became a us citizen before our I 94 expired. Then he applied for aos. We're 3 years married already. We have our fingerprint done and they request for a additional evidence that we already mail them and now they reviewing our papers again. My question is, about what's going on about the interview. I've read so many post here that the io is looking for a wedding pics. That's my problem coz we don't really take a picture in our wedding day coz its just simple and a hurry wedding. But we have so many picture together before we get married together with our son. And love letter and many things to prove that our marriage is in faith and true. Are they going to denied us bec. We don't have wedding pics?

** Moving from AOS from Family visa to AOS from Tourist visa *****

No wedding pics alone will not get you denied. But it can be a red flag, depending on which country you are from/ how common a quick wedding without photos is in that country.
