Hi... Need some advice. Still waiting for the NVC close the case. We send them the DS-3230 last oct. 24 and we'll only waiting for their email for my medical. How long will it take for this? Thanks

You have things to do before case closed. Have you already sent in your AOS package and that was accepted? Once your DS-3032 is accepted than you will desn in your IV BILL PacKage. If you are still waiting on DS-3032 to be accepted you still have a wait. Than you will get case Completeed once AOS and IV BILL is complete.And you will than be in the interview queue.

Ummm you better go back and read the #1 and #2 post you are missing some things to know.

Since you are waiting on NVC I gather you are going the I-130 route not I-129f. And you only get email that you will take to medical once interview is assigned.

The same me here ... So worried . My father sent out all the packages included AOS and DS-230 on the October 25th.

We're done sending thise docu even the fees but it take so long for them to reply about the medical and interview

Okay something isn't making sense. You say you sent in the DS-3032 on 10/24 that was 19 days ago. When did you send in the IV BILL Package? Because I doubt very seriously it has been reviewed. Have you bothered to call NVC to find out about your AOS and IV BILL.

If your DS-3032 was sent 10/24 figure 2 weeks after that you would maybe be accepted that that would put you at 11/7, 's like last week. Than if you immediately sent in the IV BILL package that's another 2 weeks to be accepted. And if AOS is accepted that's would get you to case complete. Seems you are missing some pieces.

have you called to verify you have case Complete. After that you wait for interview. When did you send in your IV BILL? Usually its about 2 weeks from when they receive they review. So you are looking at within the last few weeks you were done. So you won't hear anything until next round of scheduling interviews.

Hopefully you will hear about an interview in January during scheduling first week in December. Go to the January Interview Thread and add your name once you get case complete. It's a good way to help track embassies. There is someone from Philippines waiting since 9/17 so it may be a few months. Lets pray not though.

I have called the NVC this early morning and found a RFE of W-2 2011.

I don't know why because my father send all the docs same time.

Is that a false checklist or I need to tell my father re-submit a new W-2 ?
