It sounds like a retarded question, but I am not sure how to put 2 passport pictures and a check into the big envelop of I-751. I am worried if they miss those small stuff if I just put them all into the big one. Did you guys put them into the small envelop separately from all the documents or can you give me some advices. Thanks!

I put them in a small ziploc bag, stapled the bag to the form. I also printed out labels with my names and glued them to the back of the picture, so that there would be no way the agents would loose my pics or the check.

Good luck!

My story:

09/23/2002 - Met Chris online, there was something very special about this guy =0)

07/16/2006 - We got married in Reno, Nevada.

USCIS:

08/13/2006 - Filed for AOS, AP, EAD - they were VERY carefully packaged with a detailed cover sheet on top of each of the forms, just as VJ's instructions recommend. It was A LOT of work, but it did pay off! (we firmly believe this is what sped up our process big time)

08/31/2006 - Biometrics appointment

09/09/2006 - Received my AOS appointment date!

10/26/2006 - EAD touched and AP APPROVED!

10/27/2006 - AOS appointment at 7:30 AM! APPROVED IN EXACTLY 70 DAYS!!!

11/01/2006 - EAD approved

11/02/2006 - Email notification - greencard will be mailed as soon as it is ready! YAY again!

11/02/2006 - Welcome to the United States of America letter in the mail! Almost there! =)

11/06/2006 - EAD card and White card (a.k.a. greencard) arrive in the mail!

Journey Total Duration: 80 days

Filed for removal of conditions on 07-28-2008 and had them removed on 09-10-2008

Snack size baggy for the photos and attach that and the check to the top of your packet with paperclips.

Please enlighten me... I did not see on 751 instruction that you need to attach 2 photos? DId i miss it somewhere?

See the I-751 from the USCIS and look at the right-hand column on the top of the first page of the instructions. Two passport-style photos are required.

We put the two photos in a ziploc bag, stapled the ziploc bag to a standard sheet of 8.5x11 paper, and wrote "Passport style photos" on the paper, included the full name and A#, punched two holes in the top for the ACCO binder clip, and put that sheet right behind the I-751 form. I don't know if that's the best way, but the idea is that the photos are easy to find, they're firmly attached to the rest of the application, with everything bound together with that ACCO clip so that nothing gets separated or lost, and the photos don't have staple holes in them.

I just realized i was looking at the old version (2005) of form which did not have photo requirements! also the $ was only 200 but the correct one is now 205

I also found that the new uscis website to be very user unfriendly - no link is working & you can't find stuff anywhere! when will they fix that???

has anyone had experience on change address while 751 is filed but pending???
