Immediate change of address

My fiance lives with her parents so on all the K1 forms (I-129f, Packet 3 etc) we put down her parents address for where she lives and where I plan to live.

Once we had approval, we sorted out an Apartment for us to move in to.

To add to this, 3/4 months after AOS has been sent, we are moving from Las Vegas,NV to Los Angeles,CA. So there will be a 2nd change of address.

What does every advise me to do in this situation?

Nothing to do for now (between K-1 and AOS). File all the AOS forms with the current address. When you will move after AOS has been sent, you will have to notify the USCIS of your change of address.

So, according to your plan, the 1st change of address is not important, but the second one will be.

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...
