The K-1 visa "expired" the moment you used it to enter the US (it's a one time entry visa). You need to marry before the I-94 (90 day) expiration date to met the obligation of the K-1 visa. You can then file the AOS before/after the I-94 expiration date, but I always suggest filing it ASAP so you can move on with your life and not be stuck in limbo.

Is that mean there's no problem if I have married and my AOS still in process after 90 days?.

yep, no problem. The whole process can take 6+ months, so most people go over the 90 days.
