I am expecting my spouse will have interview in ferbruary. How long it will take to get her passport with IV stamp? Is there any lag between medical, interview date and receiving the passport. If her interview date is some where in the first week of february 2013, can she be here by last week of the same month?

Her PD is Oct 15 2010. What is AP I think we are going with Counselor Process. Please explain

Ap is aministrative process which some times takes 10 days upto six months.

Is this process common to everyone? How do they decide ? Any specific reasons to pus us in AP? Sorry asking too many questions. I am working here since 1998 with genuine W2s and tax filings, is there anything else to take care before going for interview ? Please do share

From my point of view I think if your case has been placed on AP or not it's based on your luck. Some members on here had everything required at their interview, more proof of the relationship than needed but still their case was placed on AP. A reason why they can put u on AP is if they want to review your file to make sure everything is ok.

Hmm, thats scary. What they are going to say if it is not AP case.

If your case isn't placed in AP then your visa is approved!!!!!
