Welcome to the forum.

From the VJ timeline instructions:

"Service Center:

Select the original Service Center processing your case even if your case is transfered to a different Service Center.

If you filed at a lockbox location, this is the Service Center the petition is sent to for processing (you will be notified of where)."

You sent your I-129F petition to the Lewisville, TX lockbox. When you receive your I-797c Receipt (NOA1), the receipt numbers will be preceded by either EAC (Vermont Service Center) or WAC (California Service Center). That will indicate to you which of the two I-129F service centers has your petition.

Good luck on your visa journey.
