Hi everyone I had a few questions about the I-134 form.

Where it asks for your derived annual income. Is this supposed to be after taxes or before? My problem is I have never gotten a full years pay at this job since I started it this year. I was told since I work part time for a few months and more than 40 hours a week the other months I should just take what I make per hour times the total amount of hours I work per year since its different. I make more than the required income but I really have no idea what to write on this question is it just what I multiplied? What I multiplied is before taxes.

Also on question 10 it asks for the date I submitted the K-1 visa application should that be my NOA1 date or the date I sent it?

I truly appreciate any and all help you can give me. Thank you!

It is before taxes. If you make more than the required amount, then that is good. It is not based on a 40 hour work week. Put the NOA1 date.

04/09/15-Mailed ROC

04/10/2015-Package received

04/14/2015-Check cashed

06/02/2015-Called Service Center (still no NOA1) Service request found out wrong address on paperwork! :(

06/03/2015-Called to get address updated Ar11 online add change didnt work-got infopass for June 10th

06/10/2015-Went to info pass appt. Hubby got a 1yr. Extension stamp in his passport and biometrics done

08/12/2015-ROC Approved. Got letter in the mail.

08/29/2015-received new card in the mail.
