K1 Visa fiancee no income

We are applying for the K1 visa now my fiancee who is an amercian citizen has no income she has been working taking care of her sick grandmother and grandma just gave her money for doing so and also bed and board. We now want to get married and for me to move to the US with her I myself make $50,000 but this is in Canada which is well above the poverty line my job can be trasfered to the US if I can come in on the K1.

What should we do with regards her income as I feel this app might fall down on that? Do you think we should get a co-sponsor? She has a sister who is married who works but I have never met her and my uncle is a US citizen if needed he could sponsor us. Any advise?

Yes you will need a co-sponsor. The USC/Co-sponsor must make more than 125% of the poverty level for their family size. Please read to the help guides located in the top of the website. Also, please local the Regional Canada Forums as we can help you more over there!
