Hi, When filling out the I-134 affidavite of support , Do the tax documents have to be originals or can they be copies from prior years filings that I did threw Free tax usa , of course with a newly signed signature ... Also what about W2 forms? So far I have the signed thing from my work , and still need to get the bank to sign the form for me. Anything else that I need? Thanks!

Save yourself some paper--my original tax return was 72 pages  plus W-2's, go to http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Order-a-Transcript and order your tax transcripts for the years needed. Wish I had for the K1, I did it for AOS.

Thanks for the info my transcripts threw Free Tax usa are not but a couple pages each so not to hard to copy. If they will take the copy then ill be fine with that , if not then ill need to get the transcipts via the sight you linked. If you look at the instructions on the I-134 its not very clear as to if a copy of that will work. Its for a K1 ...

Right off their website "Avoid submitting originals unless specifically required. Avoid submitting oversized documentation when possible." http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=ff053d146a7ee010VgnVCM1000000ecd190aRCRD&vgnextchannel=fe529c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

You are good to go
