hi,we send AOS just with pay stubs to the adress written in the cover sheet ,after that we send pay stubs and emp letter by email to nvc will nvc review our documents that we send by email??

Only EP countries can send things via email. You only are able to send DS-3032 via email. Expect an RFE. Also did you send with your bar-coded coversheet that you would have printed off the payment portal?

the first package was already sent since 15 days what should i do??

As I told you before you are not a EP country so expect am email from NVC requesting you to please send the AOS package the correct way via postal, Express mail (FEDEX, UPS, DHL). But you can't just email to NVC because you want to.

You should probably called since you said its been 15 days, Check your email also see if they have RFE'd you.

you are headed for a disaster plz read the guides properly. you sent partial info to NVC now you cant send the missing info via email and scanning coversheet. Now you must wait for RFE then mail the missing documents. Best advise you were given is to call and find out your case status. And why would you send some of the info with AOS when it clearly states what to send??

what will be the method of sending missing documents after receiving RFE?? should we send them by postmail or by email?

Postal service. Email is for country that are Electronic processing. A cover sheet thats bar-coded will come to you and you MUST attach it to your documents. You should however call NVC tomorrow to find out status of your AOS package since you emailed it instead of sending it through mail.

yes but we didn t receive nothing yet.

That's why you need to call NVC tomorrow to see what is going on with your case if they even received the email and what should you do next.

You should also ask if your DS-3032 has been accepted. But you can also check the payment portal and see if the IV BILL is invoiced than you can pay that bill and send in that packet. By mail you CAN NOT email the IV BILL.
