My wife and her 13 year old son have conditional residency. It is time to file for removal of the conditions. Her son may be out of the country at that time. Does he have to return for an interview? Is it like the original residency application with 2 separate inteview dates? Do we go to the first one and they will tell us if he needs to attend the second one? I checked the instructions for the form and I didn't see any mention of whether he needs to attend.

Also, does one form and one $590 filing cost cover both mother and son or do we need to file two forms and pay 2 fees? It looks like just one form and one fee is filed for both, but I'm not sure.

Thanks

Steve
