Hello VJ'ers people how's everybody? Here I am again with some question to ask. How many days before you can recieve your visa if it's delivery? Can we call Embassy to ask about the status of my visa? If it's still in embassy can i just pick up my visa in there office? I'm so worried bcoz my flight will on November 17 and i need to go in CFO also to get sticker in my passport. Please need you opinion with this I really appreciate all you comments..God BLess...By the way, my interview last november 06,2012

we had our interview on the 9th of nov, and that was the last thing the representative af the last window asked me "You didnt alreaDY buy your ticket did you? Some people get excited and already buy their tickets." Hopefully you will get yours today or tmrw, and good you already got the cfo seminar completed. You should be fine.

You mights wanna also call the 2go office where you wanna get it delivered (if you chose this)and you inquire if they are scheduled to receive your package. As far as i know, no, you cannot just go to the embassy and pickup up the visa.

Good luck and keep us posted when u receive the visa.

Thank you so much for the reply..When I'm in the embassy they didn't ask me if we buy ticket for my trip. Only my fiance buy the ticket after I send him text that I was approved maybe bcoz of he's excitement that we're be together soon he forget that the visa sometimes take long before I can recieve it. I never blame him only one thing i was worried about is my flight bcoz that will be on saturday already. I just keep praying that it will be tomorrow or wednesday. Sure I update you when i receive my visa this week..Good Bless and Good Luck also

I called 2go last Friday-Nov.9 for follow up too, it's because the persons in 2go window 71 says it will be delivered 2 to 3 working days. My flight is also on Nov. 18-Sunday and i interviewed last Wednesday-Nov.7 and the Customer Service says, it will be delivered to our given address but this Monday-Nov. 12 it's Holiday to USEM (Veterans Day), so she advised to wait the visa this Tuesday and Wednesday once the USEM give it to them..don't worry my dear we can attend the CFO..we have a 3 days to attend that seminars, in case our visa's arrived.. :thumbs:

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I'm also waiting for my visa. I had my interview last November 8 and my flight is scheduled for November 21. I have my CFO certificate already and when my passport arrives I can just go back to claim the sticker.
