Question about form DS-156

So my wife just filed to get a new updated passport from her local embassy in Pakistan. Form DS 156 needs information from the fiancees passport. She will get her passport in the next 10-15 days. Since I am filling out all her forms (will mail them to her), should I leave the passport information blank? Should I fill out the rest of the information, print out the form with the bar code, then mail it to my fiancee? She will write in the information needed from the passport. Is that OK?

Also, on the form, it asks will the fiancee work when she is in the USA. I'm not sure about that. She could or she could stay a house wife. Should I just, for now, put in she will not work? B/C even she is not sure as to what career she will go into.

Appreciate any help guys!

I'm not sure about filling in the forms with pen. The instructions say to fill it in before submitting, I wouldn't try it, I guess. Is there a way she can fill out the forms herself once she gets the new passport?

Also, if you are applying for a K-1, I would enter "no" about seeking employment since it is illegal for K-1's to work before they adjust their status.
