So you really think that anybody that decides to live here can just come across the border, no check no nothing and set up shop. Surely there can not be two of you here that think that. The U.S. would be a third world country in 3 years if that happened. as our population would explode and we could not feed or have jobs for everyone and it would collapse.

yes, i do. do the processes that we all go through here make you feel safer? fbi 'name checks' and providing relationship 'evidence' and how many people get scammed here on visa journey out of all the legitimate relationships? how many legitimate families are kept apart - children growing up without a parent, etc..because of immigration red tape.

jumping through hoops to get a visa only shows that you can jump through hoops, not upstanding potential citizenry.
