On the blue slip there is an email address. You just email them stating that you now have the documents needed and to please schedule a blue slip interview. I called the DOS and they told me the date. I then emailed the embassy just to be confirm and they emailed me as well.

email adrees: kingstonIVappointment@state.gov

Thank you for your help! I will continue to let everyone know what happens next. Good luck to you all.

Hello! Just an update. The embassy in Kingston contacted my hubby today and scheduled him for his blue form interview. He is scheduled to go in on December 3. He was also told to bring in 1100 dollars to pay for the delivery of his visa. I am sooo excited!!! I just can't wait for this to be all over. Hopefully there are no more delays and he can get his visa a few days after and come home. Thanks for all your help everyone!!!
