Hello you all

My fiancee (American citizen) can not find the original of his divorce papers.

Can he get another one? Because I know I will need the original once I go to the interview at the Embassy in my country

Doesn't he have an extra copy of the divorce decree he sent with I-129F. You don't need original, copy is just fine.

If he wants another one, go to the court house where divorced occurred.

Yes, he needs to contact the court - usually the county court where the divorce was recorded. They will give him a certified copy of his divorce papers. (As far as you having the original, you can only have an original if you have the papers he and his ex-wife signed)
