Hello,

My fiance entered with his K-1 visa on 09/25/12. I am filling out the AOS package, and I just noticed that the officer who stamped and wrote the expiration date on his i-94 wrote the incorrect date. The officer should have written the year 2012, but wrote 2013. (My fiance entered in September, and expiration should be 12/23/12, but it says 12/23/2013)

My question is, on the i-485, it asks for the expiration... should I put what the officer wrote (2013) or what it should have been (90 days - 12/23/12) ?? Help...thanks.

I would add a note pointing out that the date on the I-94 is wrong as well. THey will figure it out, but a little hand-holding is a good thing in this case.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Only good for 90 days no matter what. Under the new automated/electronic system for I94 i am sure there will not be any mistakes.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
