834-4400 to 06. My fiance said he always called around noon and was able to get through.

Ok i sent a email on Saturday to Havana and they responded really fast it only took a couple of days for anyone needing to schedule a appointment to pick up packet #3 all you need to do is email then @ HavanaConsularInfo@state.gov include the fiancees name , birth date, HAV#, passport# and phone number where your fiancee can be reached they will call the number given and schedule a appointment and they will email you and let you know the date i want to thank everyone who helped me in this process out of was not for this site i think i would have lost many mind
