Form I-485 and I-765 check cashed and not I-130

Hi every one ,I'm new to vj I submit the form I-130 with the fee of $420 and the form I-485 and I-756 with the fee of 1070 to Chicago lockbox on nov 1 receive 3 emails and 3 texts on nov 7 the NOA,check my bank account and they only cashed 1 check the $1070 ....when will they cashed the $420 check

Nov 1- Sent i130,i485 and i765 ups

Nov 2- received at Chicago lockbox

Nov 7- email t text for all 3

Nov 9- checks cashed

Nov10-received hard copy for all 3

Nov12-received biometric apptment Dec 6

Dec 6-biometric done

Jan 2-received hard copy for interview Jan 31

Jan18-EAD Approved

Jan28-received EAD card

Jan 31-interview got approved

When you submit I-756 and I-130 together with I-485, the fee for the first two forms are waived. Thus, you only need to pay $1070.

Aug 03, 2012 - Received NOA ( AOS, EAD, AP)

Aug 08, 2012 - Received Biometrics Letter Appointment

Aug 17, 2012 - Received RFE Letter

Aug 24, 2012 - Biometrics at USCIS Charlotte

Sep 05, 2012 - USCIS received response to RFE

Oct 06, 2012 - EAD Card Production

Oct 15, 2012 - EAD/AP combo card on hand

May 07, 2013 - AOS approved

May 16, 2013 - Permanent Resident Card received

Yes I have to pay for the i-130 because I over stay my visa my husband lawyer friend say so .....

Nov 1- Sent i130,i485 and i765 ups
