nov. 10, my fiance called me 530am phil. time telling me he got an email regarding request for evidence,it added another frustration for both of us... patiently waiting and wishing for our date to be process and this is what we've got... :-(

how long for the letter be send to us.. i dont know what went wrong but hoping everything will be just fine

I am sorry to hear that..I am May filer too, we received our NOA1 last May 25, 2012...I am worried too that I might get RFE :crying:

I know how you feel now just don't give up..There will be solutions to everything.Trust the Lord and HE will answer! :thumbs:

July 25,2013--USCIS received my AOS packaet

July 31, 2013-Email/text notication from USCIS

August 1, 2013- Check encashed

August 5, 2013-Received NOA1's in the mail.

August 9,2013- Received my Biometric Appointment Notice in the mail.dancin5hr.gif

August 15, 2013. Done with my biometric..(walk-in in Local USCIS in Philadelphia)

October 2, 2013- Approved EAD and AP.
October 13, 2013-Recevied my Combo Card( EAD and AP) through mail.

November 14, 2013- Received a Letter of Potential Waiver Interview in the mail.

January 14, 2014- Approved Green Card date. Anniversary date of my 2-year Green Card.

January 23, 2014- Received my green card in the mailbox.

Reminder:

I have to apply for ROC of my 2 year green card within October 20, 2015 to December 2015.

A RFE notice will be mailed to you in a week or two. Getting a RFE shows that your case is being dealt with !

Once you receive the notice, respond to it in time and wait for your approval sometime after :yes:

I believed they'll say expect a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date they received our response. I could be wrong but let the experts chime in.

BTW if you don't mind, what was the RFE for?

I have the same NOA1 date as you. I am worried about a RFE as well. We got nothing to do but pray.

But hey, atleast you heard back from them. Just look at it this way. And just process the RFE correctly and you'll be fine!

dont worry about it.. rfe is usual but dont let the pressure takes you..besides you can even wait for it and then have the actions immediately .. soon you guys will have that noa2..wellthe bright side of having Rfe is upon you send the docs needed,NOA2 comes...its much better than no updates at all.. be thankful anyway coz youre papers was already intouch..unlike us we are also waiting for noa2 and stillno updates at all..goodluck and god bless

I was in your situation once and i react the way you did too , i was soo worry and fustrated but it was such a easy rfe and dont worry about it when u get the hardcopy u will be relief. DOnt over stress urself and good luck.
