hi everyone!well i just wanna ask something about my conditional green card....the expiration is on feb. 13,2014. When or the right date for me to send the documents for my ROC? And how many month does it take for me to receive my permanent green card?I lived in L.A. Ca.

Hello!

ROC must be filed within the 90 days preceding the expiration date on your conditional green card.

I think CSC processing time right now is 6 months but sometimes it takes a little bit longer than that.

I will tell you, it's a long wait and feels like it will never end. Can't wait to have my GC!

06/27/2012 - Biometrics Letter (dated 6/25/2012) for 7/12/2012

07/12/2012 - Biometrics taken

08/06/2012 - Conditional Green Card expired

12/28/2012 - Green Card APPROVED!!!!

01/02/2013 - Approval email received

01/07/2013 - GC received!

I filed mine in June of 2011 and finally had my interview on Wed Nov 7, but I also had some biometrics issues and an RFE, so it depends on how back logged they are and if they think you have sufficient evidence. Good Luck!
