I read this on the K1 flowchart:

Forms and Checklist sent to Beneficiary

Forms and Checklist sent to foreign Beneficiary (Fiance/e).

*This will be sent out within a week (typically less) from when the embassy processes the received petition. This package will include a checklist of items and paperwork that must be collected. Some will be sent back asap, and others will be sent back later or brought to the interview.

In what form will my fiance receive these forms? Is it via email or via post mail in hard copy? I'm wondering because I checked my I-29 and G-325A for him and there was no section for his email address, only postal address, so I am wondering how he would be able to receive the forms via email if they don't have his email on record.

The embassy we are dealing with is in Nigeria. Does anyone know how the embassy usually sends out the beneficiary forms to the beneficiary in Nigeria?

Thanks!

I think the beneficiary needs to download all the forms from the US embassy (Lagos) website, then he will need to fill out the forms and take them with him to the embassy when he goes for his interview. What I am unsure about is whether they will mail the interview letter to the beneficiary's postal address or just email it to the petitioner.
