I just received my Noa2 FINALLLYYYY after 7 long months. Can someone please tell me what i have to do next? The visa flow chart says i have to fill out an i-134 affidavit of support, but i dont see that anywhere on uscis.gov and it does not state that on any of the paper work that i would need to fill that out. I called the help line also and they told me i do not have to do anything for his interview but wait. But im confused as to why the flow chart says i should prepare that. Also, i do not make the requirement on that form, can i have someone else do it for me, thats the only reason why i have not filled it out regardless because i have to have someone do it for me.

Please help im confused.

I read that, that is exactly where my question comes from. If you dont read my post please dont reply. thank you

IF YOU READ IT CLEARLY YOU WOULD HAVE KNOW THAT YOU MUST FILL OUT AN I-134!!!! And if you would look properly you would have also found the I-134 at the USCIS website...

If you are the petitioner you MUST fill out an I-134 Affidavit of Support, if YOU the petitioner do not meet the poverty guidelines YOU must get a co- sponsor who meets them.

Congrats on receiving your approval. After your petition is approved, you should probably refer to the Embassy website for more specific information about their process. On your timeline it says Greece, so I will go with that. Here is the link and at the bottom it says, "Next step:" so keep clicking through it until you get to the stage you are at now. Us Embassy - Greece

After you click through a couple of times it does say, "Affidavit of Support (I-134) for K-Visas only! An applicant for a K or V visa is required to file an Affidavit of Support, form I-134 at the time of the interview proofing that he or she is not likely at any time to become a public charge."

I don't have any experience with co-sponsors, so I am unable to comment on that. Good luck
