This does not apply to the I-129F Fiance Visa. the link you provided is for:

Employers may use this form to request faster processing of certain employment-based petitions and applications. Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker and Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker have been designated for Premium Processing Service; however, not all designated classifications within these forms are eligible for Premium Processing Service at this time.

This is only for employment based petitions, not K-3 petitions, so there is no expediting of our kind of petitions except for extreme family emergencies or other emergent situations.

twood2k,

So why do you give us a reference for processing of non-immigrant worker petitions under a subject line of K-visa processing?

Yodrak

Yodrak

kitkat and Kezzie,

And people say I'm being petty when I correct people who write I-129 when they should write I-129f. It isn't semantics, it's significant.Yodrak

There's no doubt that it's significant - no one would argue with you on that. But it's also obvious that he made a mistake and thought the link referred to I-129Fs for fiances and did not intentionally give a reference for processing of non-immigrant worker petitions under a subject line of K-1 processing. No need to beat him up for it.
