quickest and easyest way is to call her on visitor visa and then apply while she is in USA. 2nd option is to apply while she is in her home country that will take 8-10 months. you file together for your mom and her spouse.

After you receive your naturalization certificate you can file i-130 for your mother. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=5d893e4d77d73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=5d893e4d77d73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

Is her husband your biological father or not?

Petitioning for your mother will take approximately 9-12 months.

When your mother receives her Green Card, she can file i-130 for her children. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=51ea3e4d77d73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=51ea3e4d77d73210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

Petitioning for unmarried sons/daughters below 21 years old of Permanent Residents will take at least 2 years to complete, provided they don't get married and age-out during the entire process.

Her husband is my stepfather...so how soon can my mom apply for citizenship when she gets here?....also can she petition my stepfather and siblings at the same time?

So even if my mom petitions my siblings before the age of 21 and they become 21 during the process, will they not be granted a greencard just the same?

the process without delays and dedication can take 8-10 months. the consulate in Jamaica has never had scheduling delays.

your mom CAN file the i-130 for your siblings the hour she stepped through the gate. THE thing with this is.. her info takes a few days to be upload and additional verification in the back end will be needed. SHE DOES NOT NEEEED THE GREEN CARD TO FILE - THE IV THAT WILL BE VALIDATED UPON ENTRY IS EQUAL TO.

under 21 processing takes about 2.5 years .. im dealing with the same process now .. filed for mom/dad.. mom filed for son who was 15

if your mom files for husband then it will be the same visa category as a minor child... F2A ... so 2.5 yrs.

you mayber able to petition the father... did they marry before you TURNED 18???

she could apply in 5 years. she can submit petitions for all at the same time if thats her route.

aging out (turning 21) is another scope takes into consideration uscis processing time

INCASE THIS MAY HELP YOU IF YOU WANT TO CONSIDER YOUR BIO DAD IF HE IS ELIGIBLE TO BE PETITIONED IF NOT DISREGARD IF HE IS ALREADY IN THE STATES

Petitions for More than Two Parents .

There is no limitation on the number of parents for whom a single petitioner may file visa petitions. For example, if the (alien) natural parents of the petitioner divorced and both remarried other aliens prior to the petitioner’s 18 th birthday, the petitioner could file petitions for his natural mother, his natural father, his stepmother and his stepfather.
