Welcome to VisaJourney, I am sorry such a sad issue brought you here.

Are you and your US husband living in the Philipines or the USA? if in the USA, do you have a greencard?

Bye: Penguin

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Yikes, I am so sorry for your situation. I wish you luck and the only advice I can offer is to find the strength within you to keep moving forward whether this is with your spouse or without.

If your husband won't petition for you, then you cannot get a visa or greencard through him/ through being married to a US citizen.

If you want to move to the USA, your sister can petition you for a visa, but the waitinglist is very long, about 23 years. For more info on that process, see our forum here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/111-bringing-family-members-of-us-citizens-to-america/
