Hi,

I suppose since none of us here work at the CSC we can only speculate. I study IGORS list every day. I also study the USCS processing trend data put out by the USCIS. From what I see, CSC stopped approving July petitions which are later than July 13. Yes there was a couple later than July 13 approved but that's it. Approvals reported on IGORS list for October was very low. I counted 33. I count 84 in September, 189 in August, 239 in July and 135 in June. The USCIS has reported for the same period last year October was 1040, September was 786, August was 1567, July was 2741 and June was 2861. You can even look at the data for the same period 2 years ago and see that if follows a similar trend. I then went back and read reports from vj CSC folks from last year and there were many reports of timelines in the 5 to 6 month range. By the way Its interesting to me is that vj. IGORS approvals represent about 6% of the entire CSC i129F approvals and this has been fairly consistent at least for the six month period I observed. I predict that CSC is setting the processing times back to 5 months.

Cheers
