Hello everyone, My Name is Tommy and My Fiancee is Tatiana. I am new here and I have not found the answer I am looking for yet, so I will be very direct with my question.

What is the current process for a K1 visa in Moscow? I have read past discussions with mentions of "packet 3" and "packet 4". However, when I received the email from the US Embassy, we were given links to ustraveldocs.com and the Embassy website claiming to be "the most current and accurate instructions" in preparing for the interview. Everything has been done on the ustraveldocs site and an appointment has been set for November 27. In addition, all of the documents specified on the embassy site have been completed and are ready to go. Is this really all there is to the process? Or, are we missing some critcial detail that will cause any type of delay?

FWIW - Initial petition was filed June 9 (California), was approved on September 11, and was notified by the US Embassy in Moscow on October 9. Interview is scheduled for November 27 and the anticipated date of arrival in the USA is January 7, 2012 - exactly one year to the date of our first "hello".

Search back about a month in this forum; this topic and process has been well discussed and outlined.
