question about I864 please help

dear friends i am doing I864 for my sister baby its just one child need the AOS. my income with my kids is not enough for AOS,however one of my cousin does, and he is agreed to support but the thing is that some how his tax were not fillied lastyear. what can we do now is there anyway he can do I864 for the baby without haveing lastyear 2011 tax return he have everyother year returns. his accountant made a mistake. what should we do freind please help thanks

He can file his taxes for 2011 now, it's late but he can still do it! He will need last years taxes there is no getting around that.

yes you must have the last year tax return. tell him to talk to his accountant and file the tax for 2011 and if that accountant cant do it... FIRE HIM! and find someone else. maybe you can also start looking for someone else to help you with this affidavit, maybe it is not worth it to wait for your cousin to file his tax return.

thank you guys for u reply yes i realy need it urgent so i guess have to find someone else can it be one of my freind who work with me? not related but good freind of mine. he was born here blackamerican. he is realy helpfull and very good freind.
