Hey Filipinos, or anyone encounter this??

My problem is about Immigrant Data Summary detach, i was approved last Sept 2012, i'm planning to leave on Dec 17, because i'm still finishing my last semestral in school by Dec 15. So i'm going to CFO to attend seminar and get Sticker, they requirements is the immigrant data summary photocopy, i went last Nov. 6, 2012 to CFO I didn't notice that it must not detach, But the yellow envelope is safe not torn, not rip, just the IDS only, i detach the staple manually to photocopy it, and re staple it, but my re staple is on its exact 2 holes, so i heard on the seminar that it must not be detach because there is staple code. These gives me STRESS

How should i report it to US EMBASSY MANILA?? what is their number to call? or should i go walk-in ??

Thanks for anyone RESPONSE..

Off topic: Are you a graduating student? In my case, I have to stop for some terms although I have remaining 42 units (8 units more to be considered as graduating student) in my school because we're going to US with my brother before December.

On topic: If you feel that your visa packet has been compromised, please return it to the Embassy’s Immigrant Visa Unit immediately on any workday between 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. You may also send it through any branch of 2Go courier service, with your complete name, case number and current contact information clearly indicated. Hi I am in a similar situation and sent back my documents via 2Go courier service for resealing. I am wondering how long it took to get it resolved. Did they send back the VISA pack sealed and what is the timeframe? Thanks

any documents attached to the visa packet, on the outside,

if detached for any reason - hey - it's ok !

just bring it along, it goes with the visa packet at the POE, no worries there.

Seriously !

If the visa packet was opened, well, ya gotta send it back to the IV Unit. My wife's 'external documents' weren't even attached to the visa packet (note this was Guangzhou and not Manila)

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Don't worry about it, as said keep everything together in your carry-on as you will need this immediately at POE.

I recommend keeping it inside the plastic it was in when delivered to you.
