Receive I-864 Package :

Return Completed I-864 :

I understand "Return Completed I-864", it says after status shows PAID, petitioner will mail the packet to NVC.

What about "Receive I-864 Package", who receives it? and from whom?

AOS or I-864 packet you have to send to NVC, you pay $88 to NVC for reviewing that.

as per standard procedure nvc send u i864 packet ..but they take long time for that...they allow us to send i864 packet download from uscis website...so when aos fee paid means we receive packet ..its just standard of procedure...i got my ds3032 hard copy at my beneficiary home at his village address in india when my case was completed ...so u can understand..right???

that timetick was included from years past, when NVC actually mailed out the I-864 forms.

no need to pay attention to that, anymore, as the I-864 is readily available for download and use.
