Why not come to MA for Romney care?

Ours in Vermont is better. This is one case where a small state population helps. Our whole state has less population (by a LOT) than Boston, or even Springfield. Pretty easy to manage. We also have a excellent health care provider, Fletcher Allen Healthcare (google it!) who receives huge subsidies from the Canadian health system to handle Canadian patients, not to mention the cash paying Canadians avoiding long lines for MRIs and such. It is one of the leading heart treatment centers in the country. Who knew? You do not even imagine a facility like that would exist in a city of 42,000 people do you? Without the subsidies and the out of area patients, I would have had to go to Boston for my surgery. Vive La Quebec! La Belle Province! Alla was doing a pretty brisk business as an interpreter for them before going back to school. It is not because we have a huge Russian speaking population here, most of her clients were from out of the area being treated here.

We may consider a move after Alla finishes nursing school. Boston is not out of the question. We visit there often and like it. One of her good friends lives there. We will see.

Did you know that this is a site to help people legally immigrate to the USA under the USCIS rules and regulations? I bet you didn't know that did you? I'm sure if you surf the net you can find sites that support illegal immigration but this site isn't one of them. So the ignorance is on the poster who supports illegal immigrants.

Heck I agree with you about medical care and I am not feeling a lot of love from you, Mr. Big Dog.

I love and have compassion for the people that are trafficked into this country to be exploited by US employers to avoid paying living wages and providing benefits in order that they may PROFIT.

I want to punish severely those employers that exploit the dignity of these people and force the employers to pay and withold medicare/medicaid funding so I can have free medical care.

The exploitation of illegal immigrants for profit now has a direct impact on me...it reduces funding for my benefits. Us Democrats worked hard to get those plans in place, to make wealthy employers PAY for benefits, we cannot just allow them to avoid the things we worked so hard for by exploiting illegal workers. Bad enough most of them are Republicans and fought us on the changes, now they are just ignoring the laws we passed!

I would hope that you would not favor the continued exploitation of humans for profit, because that would be very hateful, not only tio exploited illegals but to American citizens like myself and my family who need those benefits we worked to provide!
