I do not have TV service , but if I wanted it I would be able to get it for $9.99 per month. Not interested, so I will take your word for it. You were right about medical care. I WILL however take full advantage of the $9.99 per month internet service AND free basic cell phone service. (also known as "Obamaphone") We were paying $247 for 4 phones with unlimited internet and texting. Fools! We were so stupid! We will pay about $120 for that now. I will still have to pay for the internet service for the cells phones but I am checking into discounts ATT may have.

Add another $127 per month to my savings! Thank you Trompe!

Get laid off and not be offered my job back, happens. I work in construction in Vermont, Rebecca. Most of us get laid off in winter, some do not get offered their job back.
