Hi

I have just received NOA2 approval

I read that I should call NVC immediately... There was no automated response line as

was suggested in my reading.. I did speak to a rep who told me I should wait 15 days to

call again since it was not in their system

So is there any value in trying sooner than that as suggested by a post at visa journey

Thanks for listening

I only read about this before and do not know from experience but most people call everyday or every other day until they get info that it is in the.system because most of the time they get it before the nvc wait time

You can't do much with NVC until you get your BNK case number. You should be getting that in the mail pretty quick. You can call NVC and ask them for it by using your USCIS receipt number. Up to you.

You can click on the 'X' to the right to ignore this signature.

Got my case Number 15 days ago, paid the I-864 bill, wife sent the email for the DS-3032, 2 Friday's ago, and I called twice now, including this morning, and they do not have that, which means, I can't get the IVC bill and send the packet back ;-(

they tell me i need to wait, and once they receive the agent assignment form,( DS-3032 ), then, that will trigger the IVC bill, and I will get an email about it ;-(

So frustrating, my case is going in Since March ;-( We are so close, and are wasting a lot of time on processing here ;-(

Is there any way to speed the DS-3032 ? I have already sent two emails, as they instructed us to do. Got their automated response back, so, they have it, but it is just sitting in some queue ;-(

It took about 14-15 days on both my petitions to get our case numbers; I'd wait til about day 10, then call everyday.
