Hello all,

I just have two quick questions as I am currently filling out the necessary paperwork for the AOS process. I am the petitioner for the K1 visa and I am now filling out the paperwork for my non-ctizen fiance'. Now that we are married (within the 90 days) do I write her new (my) last name on the forms or do I use her maiden name?

Also, one of the forms I am looking at here says I will need to provide a copy of her I-94 front and back... The I-94 from port of entry was given to the immigration officer, so how can I obtain this? Or do they mean the stub that was stapled to the page in her passport?

Thanks!

If she will use your name and that is how you want the green card to read, you use her new (yours) last name.

And they mean the stub stapled in the passport, front and back. It's stamped the date of your arrival at your POE.
