Hi All,

My brother (F2A- Petition filed by LPR Father) got Interview Appointment Letter for 12.06.12

His DOB is 11.16.1990

Priority Date 08.09.10

I130 Approval date 01.05.2011

NVC Case Complete 02.25.11

Can you please use your expertise to find out if my brother will get a visa or not?

Email NVC and let them aplly the CSPA. looks like his PD is current now. Dec Visa Bulletin is august 20 2010. Email NVC and they will make the calculation. But I think he should be able to get a visa now.

I called NVC and asked them if he has chances of getting a visa and the Agent said that his age was locked (21y/Old).

He said that I should call the embassy to ask if he is eligible for CSPA.

Contact your embassy/consulate and ask for an appointment to speak with someone regarding CSPA.

Your brother Does,t qualify For CSPA because his CSPA age OUT according to CSPA calculator.

IF HIS PD BECOME CURRENT IN APRIL 2012 THEN HE WAS ELIGIBLE NOW HIS CSPA AGE OUT BECAUSE NOW U JUST MINUS 149 DAYS FROM HIS ACTUAL AGE..UR VISA AVAILABLE IN DECEMBER AND IN DECEMBER HIS AGE IS 22YEARS AND ONE MONTHS.AND U WILL MINUS JUST PETITION APPROVAL TIME FROM HIS CURRENT AGE THEN RESULTED AGE WILL BE HIS CSPA AGE.

Hi there, where do you see the Dec. Visa Bulletin is August 20, 2010? I am seeing August 1, 2010? My brother's priority date is August 17, 2010.
