my previous divorce paper is missing, it was more than 15 years ago, and I couldnt get another copy, I have applied again at city council, but they wouldnt provide, becos it was more than 15 years ago, and they dont keep file that long..what should i do?

I do not think you will be able to file the i-130 until you can have in your hand the previous divorce certificate. I don't know what you can do in a case like this. Maybe others can give you a better advice. Maybe you should get a lawyer or something. Good luck.
