hi,we have just fill form i864 ez and we send it to nvc just with tax return because they didn t write employement letter and pays stubs in their website they are optional or necessary??

what should i do now send them to the letter written in cover sheet or scan them or wait until nvc send me an email??

ds230 and aos i send them by postal mail what should i do in this situation ??

If you already sent the I-864, I wouldn't send anything at this stage. You are unlikely to be RFE'd for this, you can bring the paystubs and employers letter to interview.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

,plz if u can help me should i bring to interview last 6 month pay stubs intil interview date and also employement letter

- if a baby born after the case is completed and before interview and already form i864ez sent to nvc can nvc

nvc can nvc add this new born to my petition because in the insruction written in the form they told

u can petition one person in this type of form

thank u i need his replay plz i don t know what to do?
