my fiance just got the mail saying that he didnt pay the full amount for the fiance visa fee. he said that it was not approve and he would just have to pay it the second time around with the exact full payment of the visa fee. you think theres a chance that they will respond right away. because it just took two weeks i guess when he paid the first process for the petition and that it says they cannot approve it due to he didnt pay the full amount. can anyone help me? i hope there will be no problem because he already paid the right amount for the visa fee..

I am not sure I follow. There is a visa fee and a petition fee. These are separate. You won't pay a visa fee until your petition is approved and you apply for the visa. You say he payed the right amount, but they sent back saying he didn't? The I-129F petition fee is $340. If this is what you are talking about, he would have to resend the petition with the appropriate $340 fee. Instead of being rejected, it would be accepted, and you would receive NOA1 (Notice of Action) within a couple of weeks stating USCIS received the petition. You will then have to wait several months to know if it has been approved, but first, you have to have an accepted petition with the correct fee.

How did he pay the 1st time? It requires a full payment of $340 for I-129F petition. Did he make another check for this amount?

Filing the application makes a lot of people nervous (I know we were nerous) and after it is finally mailed we start to worry and second guess everything. The K1 Visa I-129F application fee is $340.00 and the check should be made out to U.S. Department of Homeland Security. It sounds like something was wrong the amount, or the check wasn't made out properly.

Good Luck

I Looooooove my baby Lyn.

No need to apologize. Your questions are welcomed here. :) Sounds like your fiance sent the petition. Yes, if he resends it with the correct fee amount, it will be accepted. I suggest directing your fiance to this site. Read the 'guides' for K-1 from the link at the top of this site. It will help break down the steps for you and what is expected of you and the US petitioner. Really, the both of you can benefit from this site. Click the link in my signature and book mark the page it will take you too. This is the US embassy's website for Manila. This page, specifically, has the link to download instructions and forms you will need to know when you are at the stage of applying for you visa after the petition is approved.
