Dear Vjs, I need help please.

I came here on B2 visa and i got married to my wife before the expiration date of I-94 "with no intent".

I had my AOS interview based on marriage 2 weeks ago. the IO asked us a lot of normal questions and we did answer all of them, and then she collected my I-94 form and bona fide evidence. at the end of the interview she gave me a piece of paper to sign it says where i did meet my wife and the answer.then she said we will review ur case and i haven't heard from them until this moment . its been 10 days now.

what i'm supposed to do ? should i call them or make info pass ?

I Appreciate your help.

If you haven't heard anything within 30 days you may want to make an Infopass appointment and / or contact one of your congressional representatives to see what the hold-up is.

I'm sure it's really frustrating to wait, especially when you see many people here getting approval on the spot or within a day or two. But, 10 days is actually normal. And if you tried to call or make an infopass, they would just tell you that you have to wait 30 days. So I'm afraid there's nothing else you can do at this point, but wait.

Chances are that you'll hear something very soon. Good luck.

Also FYI in my case, I had been getting online case status updates right up to the interview. I never saw any online case status updates or emails after that (no "approval", no "card production"). I just got the card in the mail a couple of weeks later.
