need help with nvc

Hi i just recieved my next bill with nvc for $230 and i paid .im going to send my civil documents know .and as im reading it states send form ds-230 form but then you read on and states if you sent form ds-260 threw email dont send form ds-230 im confused? what form do i need to send with my civil documents.the ds-230 and ds-260 look the same?Thank you for any help.

Otherwise you should be submitting the DS230....

Thank you ,it looks as thow your time line is the same as mine,hopfully are loved ones will be here for xmas.if not i will be flying out from the states and staying with my wife till we come back together.checking on flights know.
