Hello.guys! I have a really important question for me and my fiance. He is a petitioner and he got my g-325a form and other copies, that i dated as 3 of october.we had little financial issues,and had to postpone sending I-129f...now we're ready to send it , but today's 8 of november,which means just a little bit more than month since i dated all the documents..What do we do now? Will it stil work or i have to send him all the forms and documents again by post?(( Maybe someone had the same experience,write me,please,whether it worked or was sent back?(( Thank you SO MUCH in advance!!!!!!!

Welcome to the forum.

Has anything changed on your G325A since you filled it out? If not, send it in.

Before your fiancé sends in the petition, have him double check everything one more time...just to make sure that everything is in order. The sooner that you send it in, the sooner it will be processed.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Thank you so much for such a fast replying!)))It really calmed me down! My main worry was over the fact that the picture you send must be taken within the month, and it passed already more than that...well,since everything should be fine, than today we're sending it!!! Thank you again,i really appreciate it!)

Stop worrying about the photo. When Alla did her photos she made a LOT of them (you will need them) The photo on her citizenship certificate (2012) is the same photo I sent with her I-129f (2008)

Unless their is some change in your appearance, more than just a hair style, don't worry about it.
