If it make you fell better I got approved 5month and 2weeks.... You're almost there, If I was your I give it about other 10days more or less, inquire about status, try to put in a service request and see how it goes.... Otherwise Good luck to you....

im 6 months 4 days.. don't believe the 5 and a half months hype!... just trying to be realistic.

05/02/12 - I-129F sent

5/04/12 - I-129F NOA1

11/15/12 - Approved I-129F NOA2 (6.5 months!!)

11/29/12 - NVC Received

12/10/12 - USEM Case Received

12/12/12 - Packet 3

12/21/12 - Packet 4

1/16/13 - Medical Exam

1/17/13 - Interview- computers crashed.... or so they claim!

1/28/13 - New interview date- Admin. Processing

2/4/13 - Denial- No waiver can apply

July 14 2013 - Moved to Vienna with my dog and 3 suitcases!

it will take you atleast 6 to 7 months now. some people it is taking them 7 to 8 months, but after your 5 months, call them and see what they say and keep calling USCIS and keep bothering them.. and then if you dont hear anything until 6 months, contact your senator and ask them to follow up for you.

It's been exactly 5 months since my case has been at Vermont untouched! I don't know what to do. :(

my five months will be at the end of this month and i am desperate. i called them but nothing. Well, they say they are processing may 14, 2012 cases. i guess we have to wait :(
