Hi

Yesterday i paid the IV Fee and the status said IN PROCESS today morning i checked it says REJECTED. ???

anyone went through this what could be the reason i was emailed with the instructions to send the payment to nvc so that means the IV bill was in there system i made sure A/C and R/N where correct .

Now the status says Not Paid so should go ahead and pay again or this is some kind of error that will correct itself later today ?

This happened to me too. I called and asked why it was rejected, and they said it could be anything, but most commonly it is because either 1. There is insufficient funds in the account, or 2. You used the wrong web browser (!?!?). The NVC operator actually told me to try a different web browser (I used Firefox). Sure enough, on my second attempt in Safari, the payment went through.

I don't get the NVC sometimes, and I really don't know why a payment would go through using Safari instead of Firefox, but hey, it worked..

Try to pay again, make sure you type numbers correctly.

Double check your fund in the bank, otherwise check your web browser make sure to use Internet explore and refresh your browser.

first check with ur Bank. if the money has been deducted then dont pay again...if not then u make another attempt to pay..make sure the account number and routing number is correct...if account # has zero's infront then do put it....i made a mistake in ours too...we got rejected 3 times..it will say "processing" then 24 hrs later it changes to not paid....turns out that i wasnt entering the 4 zero's of my account#...I used Google chrome by the way...Good Luck
