Hi everyone, I'm married to a USC,green card holder and been here for almost 4yrs now. Husband and I are planning to invite my family to come over for a visit,,my question, is my husband can invite them I mean he is petitioner? If he can, what forms or any link I can go through. My parents are starting to complete their papers now just so whenever there ready we can submit the application for them. We're planning this coming dec. anyone here? Thank you

You cannot apply for them, nor can your husband apply for them. Tourist visas must be applied for by the visitor on their own merit. They can apply here US Embassy Manila.

To qualify, they must intend to visit the US for no more than 180 days for tourism purposes only, and be able to show strong ties to the Philippines.
