Nope. they remove vawa category in USCIS processing time. same happened during October 2006. currently they have huge backlog and under staff.

Look here at archive.

So the last date I saw for June 2011 that means they are pretty much stuck there :~( ?

Omg i just checked status of my working permit application and it says that they approved it today !!! Everything else is in initial review. But i' m so happy

Thanks everyone here, all of yall posts helped me a lot and gave me so much energy and hope :D

I have a question guys. I have SSN sine i obtained F1 visa. And it also says i can only work under permission.

Then i recently lost the card.

Since i will have my working permit soon , ima go to replace the SSN.

Here is the question, will prima facie be good enough to show my immigration status? Will they get rid of restriction on my ssn since i am not F1 anymore ?

I do think your SSN card will continue to say NOT VALID WITHOUT WORK AUTHORIZATION. What I'm confused about: how can you and your lawyer both receive receipts. Is there such option? I thought that if you opted for your lawyer to receive everything - then you couldn't even make inquiries, let alone receive something

Singledad , why do you think it will still shows on the card ? Even with my working permit, do you think it will show still?

Actually only my lawyer received the receipts. But weird thing is i applied I-360, 485,and 765 all together then my lawyer received two receipts of each applications. One is under my name and the lawyer's office address on. And the other one was the lawyer's name with his address as well.

I didnt receive anything to my home address.
